Over two decades in IT -- from desktop support and systems engineering to leading enterprise AI and automation at IBM -- I have found that the work I care most about is turning recurring problems into permanent, automated solutions. That might mean a purpose-built Python script responding to a monitoring alert, a Terraform-managed infrastructure pipeline, or an agentic AI system integrating with multiple applications.
What drives me is the process itself: diagnosing a new problem, learning what it takes to solve it, and building something reliable enough that it handles the next one too. Always learning, always growing, always progressing.
